ANUBHUTI  Gear worm reduction Gear units are different types such as a universal type(Horizontal,Oval Driven,Vertical upward & down ward type.)Horizontal type (solid foot mounting type)to transmit minimum 0.5 HP and maximum 60 HP with selection of correct sizes. Normally available in reduction ratio at 5:1,7.5:1,10:1,15:1,20:1,25:1,30:1,40:1,50:1,60:1,70:1, and also higher ratio from 100:1 to 4900:1 for double reduction Gear unit (compound gear box unit) can be given on specific inquiries. Apart from that we also make hollow shaft mounting gear box. adaptable type & even tailor made also to meet your requirement. All the units offer continues load carrying capacity,silent operation and complete reliability.

Gear Housing:- Gear Housing is made of high quality close cast iron,large cooling Fins on both side to increase efficiency. All joint are made of prevent oil leakages and the bearing Housing are accurately bored to ensure corect alignment.

Worm:- The Worm is solid with shaft is made of high grade steel so as to give hard wear resisting surface. The bearing & oil seal journal are accurately,cylindrically ground to give smooth running.

Worm – Wheel:- It is made of centrifugally cast phosphorus Bronze rim shrunk and keyed on cast-iron centre block for bigger units and solid casting for smaller units.

Wheel Shaft:- The wheel shaft is made of high tensile carbon steel. It is of large diameter to carry the torsional as well as bending loads which may be induced overhung drives.

Bearing:- The worm & worm wheel shaft are supported on taper roller or angular contact bearings of ample capacity so as to take journal and thrust load.

Oil Seal:- Best quality of oil seals are used.

Cooling:- Air cooling is effected by means of standard polypropylence or metal fan which direct a continuous flow for air over the robbed surface of the case. The fan is designed to operate in both direction of rotation and is so arranged in conjunction with the ribbing of the case so as to allow maximaum heat dissipation.

Specification:- Whenever they can be applied in material and construction,they made almost to I.S. 3734 – 1966 for worm gearing or DIN or latest ISI standard.

Guarantee:- ANUBHUTI  worm reduction gear unit if any gear is becoming defective within guarantee period the same will be repaired or replaced free of charge provided it is sent to our work on site carriage paid. Any defect caused by accidend on transmits or misuse is not covered by guarantee.

TESTING INSPECTION :- All gearboxes are tested up 5 hours on no load to check oil leakage, noise level & temperature.
